What shipping method do you use?

We use FedEx ground, USPS, and UPS ground shipping depending in the weight of the total order.  If the order weighs 3lbs and under, we will ship either FedEx or USPS, depending which one is the cheapest.  If the order is over 3lbs or heavier, we ship UPS ground.  For more  on shipping Click Here.

What type payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit Cards, and Checks.  With checks the order may take longer because  ToysAndDollsMadeInUSA.com has to wait for the check to clear your bank first.

How do I care for the products I have purchased?

If the product is made of wood use an oil based cleaner like Murphy Oil Soap.  You can also use spray dusters products for the wood rockers.  All other products just a mild soap and warm water.  For our material products such as the doll clothes, they are machine washable. Your dolls can be washed with warm soapy water, using a nailbrush to remove the dirt.  Rinse off the soapsuds with a sponge and leave the doll to dry in a warm atmosphere.  Any plastic or vinyl  toys can be wiped off and cleaned with warm water and soap to keep it clean for your kids.

 What happens if I drop my doll in a muddy puddle?

If some accident occurs and your doll gets dropped in a muddy puddle, it may require a thorough wash.  Scrub with a nailbrush dipped in warm, soapy water and them immerse it in clean water to rinse off the dirt.  Dunk it up and down as quickly as you can, so as to not let the water penetrate through the whole doll.

Remove the doll from the water, wrap it in a thin, clean cloth(towel) and place it in direct, very hot sunshine, on a radiator or in front of a fire.  The doll must be dried quickly and in direct heat, so not let it mildew.  With todays new fiberfill that is not likely to happen, and if a low heat on a dryer is used it should not cause any damage to the doll.  If you have any questions or concerns about this please email us and we will email  you back specific instructions per the doll purchased.
