Shipping Options: We normally ship all in-stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via USPS, but may be shipped FedEx or UPS. We will compare all carriers and choose which way to ship based on the size of you order. This will insure that we can continue shipping all your orders using the best rate possible. Actual delivery time will vary according to your shipping zone(in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed). Please use both your P.O. Box # and your physical address so we can ship your order in a timely manner.
We are also happy to ship using expediated services such as Overnight, Priority Mail, or 2 Day Air. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before the times indicated, please email for current shipping times and rates for the particular products and locations. Saturday delivery will cost extra and will be determined at time of purchase.
Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the designated product. Rates are based on current UPS, USPS, and FedEx rates, your zipcode, and the weight of the product. Please contact us for shipping rates outside the continental United States.
AK, HI, and International: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged the current shipping rates plus an $10.00 surcharge. Canadian orders will be charged the current shipping rates plus a $10.00 surcharge. All duties and taxes assessed to the order will be the purchasers responsibility. These shipments will usually take 3-10 business days for delivery. You can contact us by email or phone for the correct shipment calculations. If your product has free shipping then only the surcharges, duties, or taxes will be assessed to the order.
International Orders, other than Canada, will be contacted by Customer Service with the shipping rates after the order has been placed. All duties and taxes assessed to the order will be the purchasers responsibility. These shipments usually take 5- 10 business days for delivery.
